 By purchasing a product or service from this website you agree to the following statements:

Orders

* Orders should be made between 4-6 weeks before they are required, however , contact us directly if you need your tiara sooner than this as exceptions can sometimes be made. Remember you will probably want your tiara for a hair trial so leave plenty of time for that.

* All orders will be confirmed by email or telephone before work is commenced.

Modified Orders

* Contact us by telephone or email if you require a design to be modified.

* Colour samples can be provided if you are unsure of exact colours as pieces cannot be returned if the wrong colour choices are made. Alternatively send us colour swatches and let us select the appropriate colours.

* If you wish an item to be customised, a 25% non-refundable deposit of the quoted amount will be required before work is started.

Payments

* If ordering directly from the website, payment is made by debit or credit card via PayPal. All card payments are processed through Paypal secure servers.

* Cheque or postal order payments can be made when ordering via telephone or email.

* Full payment is needed before your tiara is dispatched.

Postage

* Orders up to £29.99 will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, costing £3.50.

* Orders £30.00 - £99.99 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, costing £6.00.

* Orders £100.00 and over will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, costing £10.00 (This insures your order during transit up to £500.

Therefore Handmade Weddings will not be held responsible for items damaged, lost or delayed during transit).

Each piece is created especially for you therefore we cannot offer refunds for any reason other than fault with the item. Any refunds will be at the discretion of the company.
